We can tailor media packages for a wide range of community sports including soccer, cricket, futsal, AFL football, basketball, netball, rugby league, rugby union, and more.
Yes. We understand that all clubs and sports have varying needs, so we offer flexible packages depending on the amount of teams, frequency of posting, level of coverage, additional content needs. Get in contact and we will be happy to build a package that suits your clubs goals and budget.
We price our packages per round to make it easy for clubs to budget, however the service itself runs as a season-long agreement. It is charged as an initial 30% deposit and one-time set-up fee, with monthly invoicing for the remainder of the season. Any requirements for pre-season fixtures or finals are charged individually and added to the nearest monthly invoice.
Creating custom, club-branded templates to use during the season takes some time, and this fee covers the time involved in setting everything up for the club. We also allow time for revisions before the club provides final approval for the templates.
Absolutely, we can. It's important to note that we don't provide a design service, and so we work with the club to gather all your current branding so we can freshen up and enhance your online presence without losing your club's unique identity.
During the administration process, we'll ask for the best contact at the club who can provide all team lists, match results, fixture details and player information. We then input the data and handle all the designs, formatting, captions and scheduling for the week.
Yes, we can arrange a sports photographer on request. It is recommended to do this at the beginning of the season so that we have enough high-quality photo content to use on the designs that we're producing for the club. This service is not part of our standard pricing and is quoted & charged separately.
Yes, we can do this as an add-on to whichever package you choose. Given content often needs to be shot outside normal business hours, such as training or game days, we provide this separately as a pre-booked service.
Yes, we can. Our 'basic' and 'pro' packages cover the senior teams only, however we can offer junior teams either within our 'elite' package or as an optional extra. To keep costs down, and to avoid over-saturating your fan's social media feeds, we typically group all junior teams on the one flyer to provide bulk updates.
No problem! We will happily work with clubs on a smaller custom package based on your needs.
Turnaround times depend on the content type, but a typical timeline in our 'basic' package would be a 'next match' flyer on a Wednesday or Thursday, a 'match day' flyer the morning of a game, a 'starting lineup' post around 2 hours prior to the start of a game, and 'final score' flyer the next business day after the game (quicker 'final score' turnaround for 'pro' and 'elite' packages).
We try to establish season-long agreements with clubs to ensure brand consistency across a full season, which is typically the most beneficial way to go for both parties. However, we are happy to provide short-term packages for clubs for a small extra charge.
Most community clubs are volunteer-run and time-poor. Outsourcing your social media allows clubs to save time, maintain consistent branding, improve sponsor exposure, increase engagement, increase matchday attendance, and overall present themselves more professionally online.
